Nice family friendly atmosphere. Great homemade Bread brought to the table hot with melted butter, sweet crunchy onion rings. The catfish is breaded and Madrid with a delicious batter. The shrimp the wife had even surprised her picky pallet. Owner came to the table a day even sent out a slender piece of the most captivating Bread pudding I have eaten. Worth the time it takes to drive to savor this meal.

We were traveling and stayed overnight in Hazen, AR looking for a restaurant for our evening meal. Googled local restaurants and found Murrys Restaurant. My husband and I both ordered the Grilled Chicken dinner. My husband ordered a second grilled chicken breast to go with his meal. The food was good and presented nicely. Being from out of the area no one told us we need to go to the register and ask to be rang up for our bill. So we waited for quite a good amount of time for the waitress to bring us the bill. The air conditioner was extremely cold so that is the main reason my husband went and asked about the bill. Much to our great surprise when we were rung up, we were charged for three complete dinners and all we received was a second small chicken breast that wasn't that great to be charged 11.95. A bill of $42.49 is extremely high for the meals we had and we had also left a tip on the table. If we are ever in the area again we will avoid this restaurant for sure.
The restaurant is family owned. They are all so sweet!! I had the ribeye and shrimp scampi. It was the best steak and shrimp I've ever had!!
Delish! Catfish fresh and fried perfectly. Baked potato cooked perfect too. My husband ordered the blackened catfish and love it too. Family owned and operated. Service was laid back and a bit slow but very very nice girls!! Had the bread pudding and it was off the chart delicious. They said daddy makes it so thank you daddy!!! Can't go wrong with this place.
